According to the public relations of the Globe Festival , the jury meeting of 4th edition was held yesterday on May 27th before screening films in the host university ( Fachhochschule Dortmund).

This year’s jury members include : “Mohammad Aladpoush” , “Oroud Attarpour” , “Maryam Kashkolinia” , “Richard Raskin” , “Ensie Maleki” and ” “Parviz Jahed”.


Richard Raskin is Associate Professor in the School of Communication and Culture—Media Studies at Aarhus University, Denmark.  He is also organizer of annual international short film symposia Arhus University since 1996 and has been as a jury member of internationals film festivals in so many countries such as France , Belgium , Netherlands , Denmark. He is also a well known writer , for Life is like a glass of tea (2010) , Dreams ( 1984) and Hjerternes fest (2001) .



Oroud Attarpour is an Iranian documantry filmmaker and producer. He studied economics at Shahid Beheshti University.He has started his artistic career since 1988, directing the film ” Tasvire Gomshode”. He had directed so many documantry films such as ” Parnian ” , ” Az shams ta shams ” and ” Persian Gulf ” which has been appreciated in national film festivals. Attarpour is a member of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Documentary Producers Association.



Mohammad Aladpush (born 1336 in Tehran) is an Iranian cinematographer. Aladpush graduated from Tehran University of Art in the field of cinematography .He started his film career in 1984 as the cinematographer of short films. He has repeatedly been nominated for cinematography awards from national festivals, and has received two Crystal Simorgh from Fajr Film Festival for the “Sarzamine Khorshid ” and the ” Abandoned Station “.



Maryam kashkolinia ( born in Shiraz) is an Iranian animator. during her student career, she made her first animation entitled “Be yad “, an animated film about Bam earthquake which was successful in several animation film festivals. Her next film, ” Khane ma “, is the childish narrative of a little girl from her family. To make this work, she began to experience different colors and papers and could receive so many awards from national film festivals.



Parviz Jahed is a film critic, filmmaker and lecturer in film studies, script writing and directing. Jahed is the editor-in-chief of Cine-Eye film journal published in London. He is also the author of a number of books and essays on Iranian and world cinema including the two volumes of Directory of World Cinema: Iran, published by Intellect in the UK. Jahed is doing his PhD at the University of St Andrews on the origins of the new wave cinema in Iran.



Ensie Maleki (born in Tehran) is a sound designer and mixer and teacher of Iranian cinema. She graduated from the Master of Science in Design and Sound Mix from University of Bemmourth, UK. Since late 2012, she has been working as a sound designer in cinema. She has worked as one of the designers at the Moon Studio as one of the most prestigious audio production studios in Tehran . As a result of her collaboration with a professional post-production team,she was able to successfully and proudly receive several prestigious awards at the Moon Studio, including ” Cinema Verite”. she has worked in several film projects directed by well-known international filmmakers, including Abbas Kiarostami, Rakhshan Bani Etemad, Bahman Farmanara, Mohsen Makhmalbaf and Ida Panahande .
